The private guide waits for you at Itinera bike, Verona. We’ll check the right size of the e-bikes for you and, after a brief introduction, we’ll head to the hills and to the countryside of Verona. A few climbs, easily overcome by e-bikes, will take us through uncrowded areas to a gourmet cheese store. The atmosphere is authentic (the owner doesn’t speak English, so it will be helpful to have the guide with you) and of excellence: they supply Michelin stars restaurants here! Various cheese are aged and refined here. We will taste some of them, in the company of excellent local wine (Valpolicella, Lugana or other), before heading back toward the historic center.
